The day did not go as planned. It happens. You start a project, and find a surprise waiting for you. Today it was mold. Ever since rainy season started and humidity levels have been a constant 90%+, we've found mold on our clothes, our pillow cases, and today it was our pictures/artwork. Some we threw out, they were too far gone to save. Others we painted with vinegar and the nooks and crannies we hit with my hairdryer on high heat. It was a process, and one that took all day. Once we had cleaned up and I was chopping vegetables for dinner, the knife slipped slicing my finger and adding yet another cut to the collection I had obtained throughout the day. We finally let our guard down and called the day for what it was, pretty crummy.
Rehashing the day over dinner, Jake pointed out with thankfulness that we have our pictures and artwork to hang in the first place. Some advice we had received prior to moving was to bring something beautiful with us. That was good advice. It does comfort the heart to be able to look at and be surrounded by things that are meaningful to us. And that is beautiful.

Much love.

The article also made me reflect on how important trust is when choosing a practitioner. Many people don’t realize how much personal comfort matters until they begin searching for a reiki healer near me and need someone who can guide them through emotional and energetic balance without judgment.
I found the explanation of detox-focused wellness quite balanced, especially how it connects physical cleansing with emotional wellbeing. It helped me understand why some people explore options like colonic hydrotherapy when they feel sluggish or mentally drained and are trying to reset both body and mind in a structured, supportive way.
..And to be able to look within the heart and see so many beautiful things God has put there along the journey, for you to draw on in the journey All things mold proof😇
